Before
The homeowners were ready to remove their tired lawn, ... surrounded by overgrown and oversheared shrubs. They wanted an all season, colorful, enviornment friendly entry garden including a rose garden at the front.

Design
We wanted this design to be an all ...season entry garden. We focused on colorful evergreen plants to provide structure, and adding a few select perennials for hot color

Tear Out
We began by tearing out the lawn and leveling the space. Next step is to install the stone and gravel. 

Install
We began by tearing out the lawn and leveling the space. Next step is to install the stone and gravel. 
After both stonework and planting are complete. Irrigation lines are dug before planting, then amendended and finalized. Plants are dressed with organic compost for nutrients and mulch.

One Year Later
In late May, the woody Salvias and English Lavender are just beginning to bloom, carpeted by Creeping Thyme and its hot pink flowers.
